Fees and Sessions

Assessment

This is will take place in your home and a time to suit you and your child. The appointment usually lasts around one hour; and will be an opportunity to gather information about your child along with discussing your concerns. I will then work directly with your child assessing their communication using both formal and informal assessments, as appropriate. I will give you a summary of my assessment during the session with advice and recommendations as appropriate. You can also have a summary of the session emailed to you. which will include recommendations and resources.

Therapy

Therapy sessions usually last up to an hour, and are individually tailored towards your child’s strengths, needs and interests. They will focus on specific targets, which will be shared with you, and will be fun, functional and appealing to your child to ensure they are engaged. These sessions will likely take place at your home, at a time convenient for you. These can also take place in your child’s nursery or school setting. I will provide ideas, resources and recommendations for you to continue to practice with your child to ensure they continue to make progress between sessions. I can work alongside your child’s nursery/school setting, other professionals working with your child including their local/NHS Speech and Language Therapists to share resources, targets and progress.

 

Cost £85 per session

Reports

Formal reports can be provided as appropriate; after formal assessment, as a review or for a Educational Health Care Plan.


These are priced upon request, depending on your individual needs.

Training

Training for Early Years Professionals, Speech and Language Therapists and school staff is tailored to your individual needs and budget.

Topic areas could include:
